Let us simplify the Apostille process for you, wherever you may be. We provide Apostille and related Legalization processing services for both Hague and Non-Hague countries.

We handle every aspect of the process - from notarization (including mobile notarization, or virtual/online notarization) to submitting the apostille/authentication with all the necessary governing authorities. We track each step of the process on your behalf, ensuring accuracy and giving you peace of mind.
WHAT IS APOSTILLE, AUTHENTICATION, AND LEGALIZATION?
An Apostille is a specialized certificate issued by the Secretary of State for private documents or the US Department of State for federal documents that is attached to your original document to verify it is legitimate and authentic so that it is accepted in one of the foreign countries who are members of the Hague Apostille Convention.

The Hague Convention is an international treaty that simplifies the process through which a document issued in one of the member countries (Hague countries) can be certified for legal purposes in all the other member countries. Countries which signed the Hague Treaty Convention accept the Apostille form of certification.

Documents requested by countries that are not members of the Hague Convention (Non-Hague countries) will receive authentication and these documents will require several steps to complete, which is called the Legalization or Embassy Legalization process.

3 Easy Steps to Order Apostille and Authentication Services
  • Step 1:  Organize Your Information & Documents

    • Do you have the correct documents? Do they need translation or notarization? Answering these questions will help us determine where you are in the process. To gather this information, we will ask you specific questions about the document itself.

  • Step 2:  Send Us Your Documents & Receive a Quote

    • Complete the Free Quote Form on our website. We will ask for the type of document(s) being submitted, the country/countries where the document(s) will be used, how quickly you need the document(s) returned, your contact information, and to upload a copy of the document(s).

  • Step 3: Start Your Hassle-Free Apostille Process

    • Make a deposit payment to initiate the processing of your Apostilled document. If notarization is required, this will be the starting point. You can use our Mobile Notary service for notarization. We also offer Translation services, if needed. We will contact you once your Apostille is complete.

    • We track each step of the process on your behalf, ensuring accuracy and giving you peace of mind.

    • You may use our Mobile Notary service for delivery, or we can mail your document back to you or to a third-party destination.

We strive to meet our projected timelines; however, Legalizations involve additional steps and may require more time to process due to factors beyond our control at federal agencies and/or individual embassy. We will inform you promptly if further cooperation is needed to expedite the processing of your document. Each appointment is unique due to these and other factors; however, we ensure the process remains organized for a smooth transaction.
